Postal History Collector

I am a member of a military postal history society called the Universal Ship Cancellation Society. In the course of researching an article on the US Navy's role in the Berlin Air Lift, I discovered that the RAF made a huge contribution to the success of that humanitarian effort. It is my plan to illustrate the article with photocopies of what we collectors of postal history call covers. These are simply postcards and envelopes. In this case the postmarks on these covers would have to fall between June 25, 1948 and September 1949 and be from the members of the RAF who were involved in the air lift..

Do your members have any covers from this period that they would like to send me photocopies of for this article. They will receive full credit as contributors.
